The roof is the most important part of your structure, it protects everything inside. Just like a car, it needs maintenance. Roof maintenance is not quite as easy to remember as car maintenance, even though it is on top of your head..

Things to look for.

• Cracked or missing sealant around pipes or vents
• Deteriorated ridge caps (the roofing material at the peaks)
• Missing shingles from age deterioration or wind
  Slipped or cracked roof tiles
• Old roof underlayment on tile roofs
• Rodents or birds shredding underlayment under roof tiles for nesting
• Ponding water on flat roofs
• Built up debris in roof valleys, behind chimney and in gutters
• Solar panel stand-offs on older roofs

ROOF INSPECTIONS

Our advice is always free!

In person estimates and inspections at no charge with no sales pressure to sit at the kitchen table and sign a contract. A Roof Source one inspector will get on your roof and inspect it. We will not be flying a drone or using Google Earth for a simple roof measurement. It is very important to know if the roof can be repaired or if it must be replaced.

Inspections Include

• Identifying the number of existing layers of roofing material
• Determining if the roof material has expired
• Checking all roof penetrations and metals
• Measurement of the roof
• Identify any wood damage under the roof eaves
• In some cases we may need to access the attic

Upon completion of our thorough roof inspection we will discuss our findings and lay out your options. In some cases we will provide you an estimate on the spot, if not you will receive an e-mailed estimate by the following day. All proposed work and warranties will be in writing.
